Package 1- 10 Point Oil Furnace Tune Up

1. Install new oil burner nozzle
2. Install new Oil Filter Cartridge and new oil burner strainer.
3. Inspect combustion chamber.
4. Clean and Check electrodes and nozzle assembly.
5. Test and adjust oil burner for maximum efficiency.
6. Oil Motors
7. Vacuum heating unit.
8. Clean chimney base if accessible.
9. Set Primary and secondary air.
10. Check the system thermostat for proper operation.

Package 2- 13 Point Gas Furnace Maintenance

1. Check the systems operating efficiency.
2. Check the system for carbon monoxide production.
3. Clean the burners.
4. Brush and vacuum the inside of the primary heat exchanger.
5. Inspect the heat exchanger for cracks or other unsafe conditions.
6. Check and the systems air flow.
7. Check all electrical controls for proper system operation and safety.
8. Check for natural gas leaks.
9. Check motor amp draw and voltage.
10. Oil all furnace motors.
11. Check and adjust system gas pressure.
12. Review system operation after performing service for efficiency and safety.

Package 3- 15 Point Summer Time A/C & Heat Pump Tune Up

1. Check the system operating pressures and refrigerant level.
2. Check system sub cooling and super heat.
3. Check the temperature drop across the evaporator coil.
4. Check and remove the system air filter if needed.
5. Check the evaporator coil.
6. Check the condenser coil for dirt and clean if needed.
7. Check the drain for proper flow, clean if needed.
8. Check all electrical controls for proper system operation and safety.
9. Oil the indoor and outdoor fan motors.
10. Check and adjust the belt if applicable.
11. Check the system thermostat for level and adjust as needed.
12. Check the system operating voltage.
13. Set humidifier controls and damper for summer operation.
14. Check the operating ampacity of the compressor and fan motor.
15. Check and tighten electrical connections as needed.

Package 4- 18 Point Heat Pump Winter Tune Up

1. Install gauges and check operating pressures.
2. Check evaporator coil.
3. Check voltage and amperage to all motors.
4. Check air temperature across evaporator.
5. Check for adequate refrigerant charge and possible leaks.
6. Check evaporator superheat.
7. Lubricate all moving parts.
8. Check System Air Flow.
9. Check pressure switch cut-out settings.
10. Check electrical lock out circuits.
11. Check line starting contactor.
12. Check all wiring and connections.
13. Check thermostat for proper operation.
14. Check air temperature across condenser.
15. Check defrost cycle.
16. Check that evaporator drain is open.
17. Perform visual inspection for refrigerant leaks.
18. Check crank-case heater on compressor.
