Package 1- 10 Point Oil Furnace Tune Up
- Install new oil burner nozzle
- Install new Oil Filter Cartridge and new oil burner strainer.
- Inspect combustion chamber.
- Clean and Check electrodes and nozzle assembly.
- Test and adjust oil burner for maximum efficiency.
- Oil Motors
- Vacuum heating unit.
- Clean chimney base if accessible.
- Set Primary and secondary air.
- Check the system thermostat for proper operation.

Package 2- 13 Point Gas Furnace Maintenance
- Check the systems operating efficiency.
- Check the system for carbon monoxide production.
- Clean the burners.
- Brush and vacuum the inside of the primary heat exchanger.
- Inspect the heat exchanger for cracks or other unsafe conditions.
- Check and the systems air flow.
- Check all electrical controls for proper system operation and safety.
- Check for natural gas leaks.
- Check motor amp draw and voltage.
- Oil all furnace motors.
- Check and adjust system gas pressure.
- Review system operation after performing service for efficiency and safety.

Package 3- 15 Point Summer Time A/C & Heat Pump Tune Up
- Check the system operating pressures and refrigerant level.
- Check system sub cooling and super heat.
- Check the temperature drop across the evaporator coil.
- Check and remove the system air filter if needed.
- Check the evaporator coil.
- Check the condenser coil for dirt and clean if needed.
- Check the drain for proper flow, clean if needed.
- Check all electrical controls for proper system operation and safety.
- Oil the indoor and outdoor fan motors.
- Check and adjust the belt if applicable.
- Check the system thermostat for level and adjust as needed.
- Check the system operating voltage.
- Set humidifier controls and damper for summer operation.
- Check the operating ampacity of the compressor and fan motor.
- Check and tighten electrical connections as needed.

Package 4- 18 Point Heat Pump Winter Tune Up
- Install gauges and check operating pressures.
- Check evaporator coil.
- Check voltage and amperage to all motors.
- Check air temperature across evaporator.
- Check for adequate refrigerant charge and possible leaks.
- Check evaporator superheat.
- Lubricate all moving parts.
- Check System Air Flow.
- Check pressure switch cut-out settings.
- Check electrical lock out circuits.
- Check line starting contactor.
- Check all wiring and connections.
- Check thermostat for proper operation.
- Check air temperature across condenser.
- Check defrost cycle.
- Check that evaporator drain is open.
- Perform visual inspection for refrigerant leaks.
- Check crank-case heater on compressor.
